1918 Orange County NY Deeds 1918 Liber 584 page 528. Adoption Geraldine Wright by Frank J. Gibbons & wife. According to a posting on Find-a-Grave Frank J. & Blanch Skinner Gibbons are buried in St Mary's Cemetery Port Jervis. Someone posted that their daughter Geraldine was adopted.

We have again found an adoption record filed in with the Orange County, NY Deed. Ethel Boyst the daughter of Albert & Georgianne Boyst was adopted on Jule 8, 1898 by Charles & Sadie Adams. Ethel's mother Georgianne died on May 24, 1896 in Port Jervis, NY.
