Just wow. Art is on the cover and museums are listed inside this new guide. Get one and see how much fun you can have in Port Arthur, the Cajun Capital of Texas!

Happy National Travel and Tourism Week and Happy 50th Birthday to the Port Arthur CVB! We're excited to share the cover of our newest Regional Visitor Guide, illustrated by our Marketing Director, Callie Summerlin!

“I wanted to highlight our swampy, coastal culture. After all, Port Arthur is the Cajun Capital of Texas! From mossy trees to coastal critters and friends enjoying crawfish and live music on the water, this cover tells the story of life on the border of Texas and Louisiana. We may be a handful of small communities, but we pack a big cultural punch. I hope our residents feel proud and see themselves and their surroundings reflected in this scene. I hope this guide inspires travel to our corner of Texas for years to come!”
