Fall 2026 Germany Tour: Behind the Wire – The POW Experience

🕊️ This week we remember Staff Sergeant Eric G. Newhouse, a waist gunner with the 306th Bombardment Group, 367th Bombardment Squadron, who was killed in action on July 29, 1943. He is one of the 26,000 brave Eighth Air Force members who made the ultimate sacrifice during World War II.

History class just got a lot more hands-on. Participants are invited to step into the world of a WWII bombardier and experience the skill, precision, and pressure behind one of the Army Air Forces’ most critical wartime roles.
