The turtles, named Frogish, Mangrove Snapper, Highland Cow, Nurse Shark, Armadillo, and Silkie Chicken, were released at the Beach Street Ramp in Ponce Inlet.
The public release at the Beach Street Ramp in Ponce Inlet marked the successful conclusion of the pelican’s and the turtles' recovery and their return to their natural habitat.
