As we enter an important and impactful time at Heartland, Taylor will be helping us tell our story, share what what we’re building, and most importantly, why it matters.

We are excited to announce the hiring of our first staff member, marking a significant milestone in the our organization’s growth and continued development. Please welcome Taylor Wilson as One Marshall County’s Communications and Community Coordinator!
Along with One Marshall County, Taylor will be providing communications support to three community partners: Heartland Art Center, Marshall County Economic Development Corporation, and Marshall County Lifelong Learning Network.
Taylor joined One Marshall County in June 2026 and brings seven years of experience in local government, and a background in communications, marketing, and public engagement. Taylor is passionate about serving others and strengthening connections within the community. She believes effective communication begins with listening, and hopes to utilize storytelling, barrier identification, and content strategy to highlight the work of Marshall County’s dedicated community leaders.
