Yesterday was National Night Out , and here at MORE we like to put our own spin on the celebration by hosting a National Afternoon Out so everyone we serve can join in the fun!

A huge thank you to the Placerville Police Department and El Dorado County Fire Protection District for spending part of your day with us. From showing off your incredible vehicles and equipment, answering questions, posing for countless photos, and spending time getting to know the amazing individuals we serve, you made the day truly unforgettable.

A very special thank you also goes to our dedicated MORE Board Members for rolling up their sleeves to grill and serve lunch for our clients, staff, and all of our first responders. Your willingness to jump in and help made the day run smoothly and allowed everyone to simply enjoy being together.

The smiles, laughter, and excitement throughout the afternoon were a wonderful reminder of the power of community, connection, and inclusion. We know how busy our first responders are, and we are incredibly grateful that they took time out of their day to create lasting memories with the people we are honored to serve.

Thank you all for making our National Afternoon Out such a meaningful and memorable celebration!
