BoxHeart Gallery BoxHeart is a living gallery, a place where culture and commerce meet. A respected gallerist, Nicole Capozzi formed her gallery in 2001.

We're art matchmakers who connect collectors with original artwork by emerging and mid-career artists creating right now. Formerly a Studio Mechanic for I.A.S.T.E., Joshua Hogan is also a professional, contemporary artist. BoxHeart inaugurated their expanded Pittsburgh space located at 4523 Liberty Avenue in January 2017. The gallery fosters continued dedication to the living artists it represents and maintains a robust program of exhibitions and events. The gallery represents several celebrated regional artists including; Seth Clark and Sylvester Damianos, as well as accomplished national and international artists including; Deirdre Murphy, Irina Koukhanova, and Nzuji DeMagalhaes. BoxHeart is a taste-maker within the 21st century art market and continues to expand its program.

✨ New Art in the Gallery ✨

Rachael Burke’s mark-making conveys such a sense of aliveness. Flowers bend in the breeze, leaves blur, and the landscape slowly takes shape around you.

Assemblage at this level requires extraordinary precision. Randie Snow has fitted found objects into a composition where every decision is exact. Even the snake winds through the figure as though it had always belonged there.

Jennifer Bechak draws upon myth and dreams to explore how imagined stories can shape reality. She asks us to consider transformation not as a straight path, but as a looping cycle.
