More about Jenn and Troy, owners of Twist of Nature.

Jennifer Lambert-Boswell is a wire artist and jewelry maker who marries natural stone with copper and silver wire, capturing the astounding beauty of nature in her work. Drawn to art from an early age, Jennifer began illustrating and painting as a child, exploring oils, acrylics, chalk pastels, charcoal, and graphite. She studied oil painting for a year at Cochise Community College and is self-taught in all other mediums. Inspired by nature and guided by a deep appreciation for fine detail, Jenn's lifelong love of rocks and the outdoors naturally led her to wire art.
Through intricate weaves and wraps, she seeks to highlight the unique beauty found in every stone. Jenn lives with her husband Troy, co-owner of their small business, Twist of Nature. Troy is a sculptor, painter, illustrator, and lapidary artist, and he shares her love of the outdoors. Together they collect minerals for their business., and the stone cabochons featured in Jenn's jewelry are CU Gem & Mineral Show, the Denver Coliseum.

Loren Troy Boswell is a contemporary artist, originally from Tucson, Arizona and presently residing and working in West Central New Mexico. He is a multidisciplinary artist currently working with stone and wood sculpting. Troy is also an oil painter, as well as a graphite, ink, pastel, and colored pencil artist. Troy attended the studio art program at the University of Arizona. As a young child, he studied under Harrison Moore, a prominent Tucson artist during the 50's, 60's, and 70's. Harrison was a founding member of "Tucson Seven", along with Ted DeGrazia. Influenced by contemporary abstract works, along with his love of the natural world, Troy refers to his work as
"abstract realism". His love for geology and botany are always present in his works. The Sonoran Desert and his new environment of the high desert of New Mexico are a neverending source of inspiration. Troy's works have been exhibited in shows at the University of Arizona, the Potter Gallery at the Tucson Botanical Gardens, and the Joel D. Valdez Main Library.
