Training with Eric was transformational. Now owner of New Body Training, Eric has always been a fitness fanatic, fueled by an innate passion for wellness, stepping outside of his comfort zone, overcoming obstacles, and getting results. Perseverance and discipline are a source of joy to him. So, how did he become “Fat Eric?” While doing lunges with weights around his gym, we imagined a SNL skit, where Eric had a sponsor to see if he could get out of shape by eating junk food. Every week the audience would watch Eric eat fast food and sweets; however, he seemed to get stronger. Why? Fat Eric’s passion for fitness reigned supreme! During the weeks he increased his workouts, hid protein powder, protein bars, sat in saunas, drank massive amounts of water…anything to rid his body of toxins. Thus, Fat Eric remains a myth, but an example of the divine gift of free will.
