As a self-taught artist, Zelma Loseke has turned to her natural surroundings in Vermont for inspiration for the creation of her fluid, free-form, feminine sculpture for more than 20 years. Her fluid pieces have been described as womb-like, rhythmic, and voluptuous. Each of her pieces reflects her strong maternal and nurturing gift, her love for nature, and her talent for creating beauty within and from her immediate environment.
