Come see Gavin Smith of Gavin Smith Comics.com at the Peru Visual Arts Festival. He’s a native of Peru, IN and now a real national treasure. Starting at 7:00 pm, he will display and discuss his work on Batman, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Star Trek: Ghost in the Shell comics.

(Peru, IN) – The Miami County Artisan Gallery (MCAG), located at 11 S Broadway, Peru, IN, a non-profit 501 c 3 and charity, is coordinating its’ Third Annual Peru Visual Arts Festival (PVAF), May 11, 2024, Peru, IN, 11 am to midnight.
This free, one day visual arts festival, in downtown Peru on the Square, shows why Peru, IN is the art matrix of the North Central Indiana. Come and enjoy art and food vendors, our spotlight artist, see three art competitions, visit art galleries and shops, hear four great music entertainers (one with a musical blacklight show), and participate in an artist/community blacklight painting of a PVAF mural. Centrally located on the westside of the Peru Courthouse, from Main Street to 5th Street on Broadway, it is easily accessible and doable for all visitors.
