Don't miss the program TODAY!
Saturday, August 1, 2026 - 2:00 PM
Who were the 700 boys from Peekskill, Cortlandt and the surrounding area who served in the Union army during the Civil War? What units did they fight with, what battles were they in, what became of them after the war? And how many of them never came home?
Join local historian Tim Warn at the Lincoln Depot Museum for a look at The Boys from Peekskill in the American Civil War - as well as the story of the recently restored 9,000 pound cannon placed in the Hillside Cemetery, more than a century ago, as a memorial to their memory.
