Daves-Studio Daves-Studio is home of Dave Rogers Studio of Fine Art He is also the winner of the O’Malley Grant in Fine Art from Long Island University.

Rogers, a New York based installation and sculpture artist and independent curator, who has shown his work nationally and internationally, belongs to The Guild of American paper cutters, the Chinese Art and Oil Painting Associations, The Patchogue Arts Council, and Studio Montclair. His work has been featured in Long Island and Chinese Newspapers as well as on Fios1 Long Island and Guangdong Telev

ision in China. He is currently an instructor at 3 different art organizations and curator at the Creative Arts Studio of Sea Cliff. Rogers has won awards for his work with the Disabled Peoples Union of China, and the Art Association of Jiangmen, China and the Chinese Government, and from several art organizations on Long Island. He received his BA in Visual Arts with Honors from SUNY Old Westbury, and an MFA in Sculpture from Long Island University.

Besides recruiting directly posts ask me other ways that they can obtain new members.

TIP 1: Social Media

A good number of younger veterans get a lot of their information from Social Media. By having a presences on Facebook, instagram, Twitter you can let younger members in your area see what your post is up to in the post and also in the community.

You can also post events that allow them to know what you have coming up. One important key is to keep your social media up to date. I had a commander say I did what you told me and I started a social media page but I am not getting any likes. When I went to the page there was only three posts on it from over a year ago when he started the page.

While I know it can seem like a lot, you can set up information to post to your page in advance and also communicate with members and the community through your page.
