Retail Store and Gallery showcasing artwork by emerging artists of all backgrounds, experience and abilities. to provide a fine arts program that supports artists with disabilities and mental illness. It provides the opportunity for artists to explore, learn, create, exhibit and sell their artwork. Our program provides artists with high quality materials and access to art facilities that include s

creen printing, painting, papermaking, woodworking, metal working and more. Our program is designed and supported by professional teaching artists and visiting guest artists.

It Most Certainly Does!! ❤️🎨

These “ART Saves Lives” patches arrived this week from our CREATE Studio screen-printing group—and we absolutely love them! 😍

Our participants are learning the fundamentals of screen printing while experimenting with phrases, designs, and ideas of their own. They also print all of the T-shirts available for sale at our store locations, so there’s plenty of creativity happening behind the scenes!

We can’t wait to see what they come up with next. Keep up the great work, everyone! 👏

And honestly… we may just have to frame these as ART, because ART most certainly does save lives! ❤️

Hey everyone, Lindsay here from the Tin Ceiling and I want to highlight a couple of new items that just arrived. These one-of -kind fish cutting boards look lovely paired with our beautiful hand woven table runners, or by themselves. The cutting boards are made by our own Andy S. from The Depot!! The Table runners are made by our clients at C.R.E.A.T.E! We only have 2 in stock so clam yours before they are gone!!

We do however have a couple of the cutting board made by our clients from The Depot on our Etsy site, so follow the link in our comments to claim your very own.

Ramona, our CREATE Studio art instructor, had to purchase this wonderful painting by one of her prized pupils. Through studio time, participants receive one-on-one guidance and the freedom to explore their preferred artistic mediums as part of our art program.

Vanessa has fully embraced this opportunity, and this beautiful piece is a wonderful reflection of her talent and dedication. We are incredibly proud of you, Vanessa, and thrilled to see your work recognized through this successful exhibition.

Exhibition: Summer Landscape

Last month, CREATE participants joined artist Jill Odegaard for a handmade paper workshop centered on the theme Summer Landscapes.

Each participant created three unique sheets of handmade paper, which were later sewn together during our Tuesday sewing class. When hung together, the pieces form two beautiful panoramic views of abstract summer landscapes, showcasing both individual creativity and collaborative artistry.

Vanessa loves incorporating graphite pencil details over her acrylic paintings. If you look closely, you'll spot a bee pollinating the flower.
As Vanessa shared in her video this painting features a flower with a bee, highlighting the important role bees play in producing the honey we enjoy.
