Our 2026 Season has come to an end. Having to cancel our Final Market, was definitely not part of the plan, but it was the right decision. So rather than wrapping up today with Market photos, I'm simply going to say "THANK YOU"...to Our Fantastic Host, Our Talented Vendors and Our Supportive Community! None of this works, without each and every one of you! We had an Incredible Season and I can hardly wait to see what the 2027 Season will bring😊❤️🐓

It was not an easy decision but the best decision. There is just too much water and mud to make this even enjoyable for anyone to attend. We are very sorry but the Panora Farmers' Market will be back next year! 🐓

UPDATE: CANCELED
This was a difficult decision to make. With all the rain we've had over the past few days...It's gotten very muddy down in the Village, with standing water in some areas already. Unfortunately, with even more rain on the way, it will not get better. Thanks for understanding. Please share to help us get the word out🐓

Did you know that March 6, 1943 was a “black day“ for Red Oak, Iowa? Over 100 telegrams arrived on that date. One mother received three telegrams regarding two sons and a son-in-law. The first major battle in North Africa for American troops was in the Kasserine Pass in Tunisia. The casualty rate was stunning. Red Oak suffered a loss of 45 on that single day more than any other community of its size in America. Southwest Iowa communities were hardest hit in the early months as local National Guard units were called to duty as part of the 34th Infantry Division. That same date Maj. General Patton took command of US Forces and reorganized Army II Corps. Explore the Gold Star’s World War II exhibits covering both the Atlantic and Pacific theaters of the war during our living history event this weekend!

If that's not enough of a reason...the Fall Flannel Fest is happening on the Square! Wear your flannels take in the the LAST market of the season and enjoy all of the town shops! They'll be running specials throughout the day! You won't want to miss it!🧡🐓🍁

What an HONOR it is, to be Chosen as the "BEST Guthrie County Farmers' Market for 2026"!🐓🥰
I must give credit, where credit is due. It's taken a literal Village to win this award. The Guthrie County Historical Village and Museum, has been our gracious host for two years now. It also just happens to be one of the most beautiful and unique places to visit in the county. Having a Farmers' Market there "feels" right, "looks" right...it just "belongs". Our very talented Group of Vendors and Musicians (Villagers) that work so hard preparing, setting up and tearing down, all with smiles on their faces, bringing quality goods and entertainment to our visitors. Last but certainly not least, our Community that keeps showing up and supporting the Market. That's what keeps us going and growing. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart❤️
There are many great Markets in and around our county. All offering an opportunity to buy fresh, shop small and support local. Please visit one, every chance you get.👩‍🌾

We're down to our last 2 Markets of the Season! Come see us this Saturday the 12th! The The Bean Box will be there with their yummy drink selection, CHEF JENNY LEE’s Kitchen will be bringing breakfast and Kile Jackson will be playing music on the front porch! Lots of seasonal produce, baked goods, honey, art/crafts and so much more! See you in the Village this Saturday. We'll be there 9AM to Noon🐓
