The Yeiser Art Center, a non-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) status, was established 1957 as the Paducah Art Guild for the “purpose of promoting the appreciation of the visual arts and for their creation.” It started as a small volunteer organization. Today the Yeiser Art Center has a permanent exhibition space, a permanent collection, and a supporting membership. The Center strives to carry ou

t its original mission and to further continue the development and appreciation of the visual arts by operating as a non-profit visual arts organization that serves adults and children of all ages throughout the region.

This year we have been recognized as a Blue Star Families museum. We wanted to take a moment and thank our veterans and service members. We do all we can to be a free institution for the community and this is just another way for us to show our commitment to serving everyone in western Kentucky and beyond.

We are taking our completed community art project from this year’s Lower Town Arts & Music Festival, “Every Piece Counts”, on tour! Thank you to the local businesses that will be hosting us and all of the folks that chipped in to paint a block!
