We’re honored to be working alongside and as we thoughtfully plan the future of the Old Shirt Factory.

This project is about more than restoring a historic building — it’s about preserving a meaningful piece of New Albany’s story while imagining what it can become for the future. We’re grateful to be collaborating with partners who value thoughtful preservation, intentional design, and community impact as much as we do.

Our hope is for this to become not only a restored historic place, but a space for gathering, creativity, and opportunity — where small businesses can begin, grow, and help strengthen downtown for years to come.

More to come!
