We had a great time painting with students from China over the weekend! They will be playing softball in Oskaloosa this week as part of the Musco Youth Sports Exchange.

Each year FACE of Mahaska County reaches more than 1,700 children and adults through over 250 classes, events, and exhibitions. From hands-on classes in metal fabrication, ceramics, textiles, drawing, and painting to gallery exhibits, concerts, open-mic nights, community murals, and a rotating sculpture tour, art is everywhere in Mahaska County. We would love for you to be involved!

Looking for a fun way to spend an evening with your little one?

Our Fairytale Face Painting class still has spots available! Registered adults can bring one child to serve as their face-painting model while learning techniques they’ll be able to recreate at home. Plus, you’ll take home your own face-painting palette to keep the fun going.
