Old Jefferson Town is open! What a beautiful day to stroll the grounds! We will be open until 1:00 pm today (Saturday) and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Sunday.

Be sure to check out the signature quilts in the Edmonds Church. Some of the quilts date back to the 1800’s. Come and see if you recognize any of the names that are embroidered on the pieces. The light coming through the church windows is perfect and brings out the colors on the quilts!

Thank you Leanne Chapman and Christine Funk for your time and energy spent putting these beautiful pieces of quilting out on display. Also, thank you Pam King for helping Leanne document names from the quilts.

Christine, the OJT docent, is bored and needing someone to come to the museum and talk Jefferson County history! The boardwalk is quiet!

The OJT volunteers have been working on the “Indigenous Tribe” display…come see the progress they’ve made!

The Wi******er history will be on dIisplay until next weekend. Come take a walk through time through photographs and records compiled by Judy Scott and JCHS.
