📢 The rumors are true! 📢

For Static Exhibit Judging Day, parents and spectators will not be allowed inside the exhibit building during judging.

Only 4-H members with exhibits to be judged will be permitted in the building during the judging process. Parents, family members, younger siblings, and other spectators are asked to remain outside the building until judging has concluded.

Parents are welcome to assist their 4-H member with the check-in process. Once members have checked in, parents and spectators will be asked to exit the building. Approved volunteers will then assist members by directing them to the appropriate judging area when it is their turn.

For your convenience, limited chairs will be available in the breezeway for parents and family members who wish to wait nearby while their exhibitor is judging.

When members arrive during their club's scheduled judging time, they will:
✅ Check in
✅ Be directed to sit in their project area
✅ Be called to judge in the order they arrive

Why are we making this change?

* Limited space inside the exhibit building makes it difficult to accommodate everyone comfortably.
* Reducing noise and distractions creates a calmer environment for exhibitors and judges.
* Calling members in the order they arrive will help shorten wait times throughout the day.
* Limiting traffic in the building allows judges to focus on each exhibitor and provide meaningful feedback without interruptions.

We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation as we work to provide a smooth, respectful, and positive judging experience for all of our 4-H members. Thank you for helping make Static Exhibit Judging Day a success!

We had a beautiful day at the Museum yesterday! We had several visitors from Kansas, Montana, Tennessee, and locals too! Thank you all for coming! What a fun time and great conversation. Remember, we are open every Sunday, 1-4 pm through October 4th! Come & see us soon!
