Osakis Area Heritage Center This is the official page for the Osakis Area Heritage Center located in Osakis, MN.

The Osakis Area Heritage Center is an incorporated non-profit organization that strives to discover, preserve and share the history of Osakis and the surrounding area. The organization is administered by a seven-person, all-volunteer board of directors. It is supported by donations and dues from public membership in the organization. Annual dues are $25.00 (Individual), $50.00 (Family), and $100.0

0 (life membership for those over 60. An annual meeting is held every September, at which time the board reports to its members and hears their concerns and suggestions.

OHS class of 1966 will be having their 60th reunion this coming weekend. This photo is from the Osakis Review. Remember how they always printed all the individual pics of graduates? Here we have a couple photos from the Review from the first Roddin’ Round The Lake car show, that was held Saturday, July 11, 1992. One photo is looking east on Main Street and the other is looking west on Main Street. Headline said they had 106 cars entered in the show.
