Pinterest has become a great platform for organizing our realistic expectations of life into one virtual social network. Never before have we seen such an epidemic sweep the nation involving so many women articulating plans for unscheduled weddings, sifting through home decor for non-existent homes, designing modest engagement rings pre-fiancé, and trading delicious recipes back and forth like it's the New York Stock Exchange. Pinterest is helping to turn this idealistic, pie in the sky world into a tangible, realistic one... one pin at a time.

The days of cliché home decor are over. How many times have we seen the "Live Love Laugh" blocks hanging up? It's about time someone brought some originality to this market... and I'm just the guy! As an artist and creative, I've taken it to the next step by designing beautiful, handmade, artistic indifferent home decor art. Nothing catches visitors' eyes quite like some beautifully designed indifference. I will be holding mini-sessions where I sit down with you and come up with a few indifferent sayings and paint them. One great thing about the world of photography is the amount of originality and creativity photographers use in their choice of backdrops and shot locations. As the market becomes more and more flooded with new professionals (professional = nice camera + photoshop), it's very refreshing to know artistic integrity still exists at such a high level. I recently did a family portrait session and being the groundbreaking innovator that I am... I thought of this really unique idea of sketching the family on location at an abandoned building in downtown SLC.

Documenting your exciting daily routine via FB status updates is so old hat these days. Come and join all the cool kids who photo document their entire adventurous day with Instagram. Nothing gets you on the edge of your seat like finding out what John ate for breakfast or what shoes/nail polish Lisa has picked out today. Oh... and don't forgot that Diet Coke shot with one of those neat filters.

The good thing about stereotypes is there just isn't any truth to them. They are about as imaginary as unicorns, fairies, or Jim Carrey's career in the last decade. So whether you're 24, completely bald, expecting your 4th child, took first dates to the Provo Temple grounds, and think braided belts and socks with sandals are fashionable OR you're a drunk, rock a goatee and your favorite pair of Oakley sunglasses from '95 that you insist are hip, drive a Subaru, dress like you are always going hunting, drink a steady diet of haterade, and define your entire life as something you are "not".... well... those are just stereotypes.

Recently... I have been nicknamed the "Mother Teresa" of Art... Out of the goodness of my heart, I have taken a short break from my capitalist ways and have begun volunteering my amazing talent and services for free via the "Draw Something" app to folks all around the world who could benefit from it. After much contemplation, I will be coming back out of retirement much like Michael Jordan. I have also been nicknamed the "Michael Jordan" of Art.

One of my favorite genres of television programming over the past decade has to be "Reality TV." There is something so natural about raw, unscripted, unedited people interacting that magically forms a great story with natural roles of heroes and villains. At times it almost feels too good to be true! So whether you are hating on Courtney from The Bachelor or can't get enough of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, at least we can all agree it's fun to watching something real.

Technology has come a long way in so many facets but one thing that needs to stay primal in nature is assembly instructions. Forget the advancements of the Internet, YouTube, and other useless means of technological instruction... It simply is much more effective to hire a 6 yr. old from China to draw up with a crayon some instructions on assembling a 1000 part swing set or desk. Luckily, I just scored a partnership with IKEA to draw for all their instruction booklets and it's pretty evident that I am much better than the Chinese kids.

Oh hey ladies! I hope you just got your hair and makeup all done in preparation for hittin' up the club... the Gold's Gym club that is. It's one of the most exclusive clubs around and you best be lookin' your best. High heels? Check. Victoria's Secret perfume? Check. Most revealing workout attire you can find? Check. Also, no other club can you pretend to exercise and check yourself out in the mirror every 20 seconds.

Merry Christmas! This is probably the best drawing of a red nosed unicorn I have ever seen.
