The Four Rivers Cultural Center is proud to partner with Dr. Sara Rodgers, Naturopathic Medical Doctor based in Payette, Idaho, to bring you a two-part health series. Our first session, "Nutrition Basics and Kitchen Table Basics" kicks off on May 28th. This is a FREE series and everyone is invited to attend. The class will run 5:30 - 7:30pm at Four Rivers Cultural Center and Museum.

Emily Chase brings practical, down-to-earth nutrition tips from her Nutritional Therapy training to help you feel confident in the kitchen—no overwhelm required. Learn simple ways to make real food taste amazing (think salt, fat, acid, and heat!) while supporting better digestion, balanced blood sugar, and everyday wellness.

LIVE AFTER 5 KICKS OFF THIS WEDNESDAY, MAY 13 | 5-8 PM

The first Live After 5 In The Garden concert is this Wednesday. Don’t miss your chance to kick off summer with live music, good vibes, and great company in the garden. We have a great menu planned along with the brews. Check it out below!

About the band: Kill-A-Brew is a local band with a big fan base! They are one of Treasure Valley’s favorite cover bands. You will sing along and dance to everything from Bob Seger to CCR, Bill Withers, and everything in between!

To help sustain this community favorite event, admission is $5 per person.

Parking: Please park in the front parking lot and enter through the main entrance doors. The back garden gate will not be open for entrance.

Celebrate the artistry, tradition, and cultural significance of charrería with this special exhibit at Four Rivers Cultural Center & Museum.
The Charrería Attire Exhibit highlights the craftsmanship and detail behind traditional charro clothing, showcasing the materials, techniques, and history that define this iconic Mexican equestrian tradition. From intricately designed garments to functional elements used in the arena, this exhibit offers a closer look at the heritage and skill passed down through generations.
Join us for the Grand Opening on May 9, featuring a lecture and live roping demonstration that brings the tradition of charrería to life.
