What do you get when you bring a community and a crew of dedicated volunteers together?

A pretty incredible day!

This past weekend, the Kansas City Automotive Museum was proud to be part of the Dayton Creek Elementary PTO Old & Classic Show. It was HOT, but that didn’t stop the community from showing up — and showing up BIG!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, supported the event, stopped by to say hello, and helped make the day special. Special thanks to our amazing KCAM volunteers who brought out their own cars and represented the museum with so much enthusiasm. Your time, passion, and willingness to share your love of cars is what makes events like this possible!

And of course, thank you to for being part of the day and bringing even more fun to the show.

Story Time was PACKED with big imaginations, big smiles, and so much fun!

A special shoutout to Norm, who brings so much heart, energy, and joy to every story—and today, the kids even got to hop on Norm’s bike and make the morning extra memorable!

STILL FEELING THE MAGIC OF YOUTH AUTOCROSS!

Saturday morning was filled with smiles, laughter, excitement, and moments we’ll hold onto for a long time.

The energy at The Underground was incredible!

It was a day about community, connection, and giving our young drivers a chance to simply experience the joy of motorsport.
