ops. Late 90s offered a unique substrate to work with. Hot Wheels diecast cars! Yes the little toy cars you see flying down the orange track and around loops! Not just for kids anymore, Adults were Collecting rare originals & scouting Walmart pegs for latest models & variations. And also, a new budding offshoot formed..the Customizer! Taking body parts, trim, engines and wheels from multiple separate toys, combining them into a new creation! Airbrush paint quality, graphics, & color to rival a show car and Kev was off on an adventure that would ultimately lead to multiple guest appearances at National Level convention events and an induction into the Diecast Hall Of Fame (now Model Car HOF) in 2010. Now however the time has come to try something new, yet old..the traditional canvas! This is the first time in his artistic career to use these time honored techniques. And thats where Kevz(fine)Art comes into the picture! Inspired by the techniques of Bob Ross, an new journey into the "fine art" end of things has begun!
