"Very pleased to an announce that my watercolor painting “Pick your Poison” has been accepted into the Tallahassee Watercolor Society’s 37th Tri State Juried Water Media Exhibition.

The opening reception and awards ceremony will be Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at LeMoyne Arts."

"Wowie wow wow wow!

I was just informed that my work has been accepted into the Herrig Center for the Arts (Art Center Manatee new name) inaugural juried exhibition in their brand spanking new facility. The exhibition is titled "Evolution".

Opening Reception: April 17, 5 – 7 pm

Exhibit dates: April 15 – May 1, 2025

I have not been inside the new space but the outside is a marvel. What a great feather in the cap for Bradenton.

I entered 3 pieces for consideration and all three were accepted. What an honor.

The gallery is almost empty and it's a sad sight for sure. Although it was tough for us to make this decision, we're excited for the next chapter. We get to spend time in our studios again and have time to visit other artists and galleries.

Yesterday, Cheryl and I did a road trip to deliver some art around central FL. The best part was visiting with friends and seeing their studios. While planning our route we planned the last stop closest to the beach. Why not? We landed at New Smyrna Beach and while there, we visited Arts on Douglas. If you haven't been to this gallery, and you love art - go. I will definitely be back.
