A unique way to handle the daily commute. Pictured is the helicopter used to air lift workers to the Myca Plant during the April 1963 strike. Note the fence in on Mill Street and the helicopter is in the parking lot of the National Bank. The picture is looking east at the Myca building. The building on the right was Graves Hardware which is now gone.

Pictured is the Myca plant workers strike in April of 1963. It was noted that during the first day of the strike workers would cross the picket-line by going through Spangler's building then climbing out the back window which was next to the plant.
