Front row energy? 👀
Middle-of-the-action energy?
Or “I want to see everything without being perceived” energy? 😂

There’s something about choosing your seat before a show that makes the night feel real. You’re not just going to an event anymore. You’ve picked your spot, made your plans, and officially committed to the experience.

And honestly, everyone has a preferred theatre seat.

Be honest: where are you sitting? 🎟️

Not every story belongs in the past.

Some stories help us understand where we came from. Some introduce us to voices we may never have encountered otherwise. And some remind us that history isn’t just something we read about. It’s something people lived.

That’s part of what makes spaces like The Centre Theater so meaningful. Art, history, and community can share the same walls and give people a reason to stop, listen, and learn.

You know that thing you keep saying you’ll do “someday”?

Maybe it’s finally seeing a live show. Maybe it’s discovering a local artist. Maybe it’s bringing someone to the theatre for the very first time. Maybe it’s walking into an exhibition and leaving with a story you didn’t expect to find.

Don’t let all your favorite experiences stay on the someday list. ✨

Make a plan. Pick a date. Bring someone along.

What’s the one theatre experience you still want to check off your list? 🎟️

What’s something you’ve experienced that made you stop, think, laugh, cry, or see the world a little differently?

That’s the magic of the arts. ✨

October is National Arts & Humanities Month, a reminder that creativity isn’t just something we watch from a distance. It brings people together, gives communities a voice, preserves stories, and creates moments we carry with us long after the lights go down.

This month, make time for something creative. Your next favorite experience might be closer than you think. 🎭

Some of the biggest moments in our creative lives start with one person saying, “Go for it.” ❤️

A teacher who encouraged the shy kid to audition. A mentor who took an idea seriously. Someone who made you feel like your voice belonged in the room.

For World Teachers’ Day, we’re celebrating the people who help creativity take root and give others the confidence to share their stories.

Tag a teacher or mentor who deserves a standing ovation today. 👏

❤️ A theatre isn't complete when the lights come on. It's complete when people fill the seats.

Every laugh, gasp, cheer, and round of applause becomes part of the experience. Our audience brings its own energy to every performance, and that's what makes live theatre feel truly alive.
