The group for my weeklong seaweed & cyanotype art retreat is here! After dinner and a good night’s sleep we headed out for seaweed foraging! We’re at Clew Bay on the Atlantic coast where there is a great variety of seaweed. Lots of kelps, rockweed, Irish moss, sargassum, sea spaghetti and others to be found. We brought our selections back to the (aptly named) Clew Bay room in Mulranny Art’s new building. We worked on cyanotypes and had great results, plus a lot of fun!
