"Tired"

Sometimes I dream that you're with me, and it makes me feel alive. Then I wake up and you're gone, and all I can think of is wanting to die.

I became an old man one day, right as I blinked my eye. I did all the things I shouldn't have done, and didn't want to say goodbye.

I curse all the world for making me. I hate that I am I. I'd thank your hand for taking me, forever awaiting the other side.

I waited too long to face my fears, and now I'm too old to try. Too tired to even tie the rope, too many of my own tears to hear you cry.

So now that I'm awake again, I hurt and don't ask why. Waiting for the sentence to end, for the pain to pass me, bye.

Drew a red eyed tree frog long ago using oil pastels. The drawing is old but it still is a nice artwork. Few fold marks on the paper. Not sure if ironing it on low heat would fix them or not. It's one of several hundred original artworks I have that's available if any art lovers would enjoy adopting it. Message me to make an offer if you have a space to display it.

Some people appreciate and some people just don't care. Yesterday a 10 year old kid on Fortnite told me he had fun playing video games I helped create. Even though the games haven't made me a paycheck yet, so what... some experiences are priceless. That's how art is... I could hear a couple of the players get so excited as we played together. They told me my game Dystopia's Secret "is so intense!" and two of them commented they couldn't sit down while playing.
Told mom about how game testing with fortniters has been seemingly going pretty well and that people like the work I did.. She said "who cares?" 🙄 👽
