Offshore Wind + Job Expos acts as a bridge for underrepresented communities and provides private businesses, government agencies, educational institutes, and non-profits a variety of solutions to support offshore wind workforce, business, and DEIJ efforts in those communities. The initiative leverages MRV Group’s established and growing network of national and local stakeholders to provide equitable offshore wind collaborations to power labor and economic impact across all communities.

I am pleased and excited to announce that LaShawn Allen-Muhammad, Danielle Karstetter and I will host a Fireside Chat with legendary Walt Disney Animation Studios Supervisor Marlon West!

Mr. West created animation effects on The Lion King, Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan, Fantasia 2000 and The Emperor's New Groove. He served as head of effects on Atlantis, The Lost Empire and Home On The Range and is known for his work on Moana, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, The Princess and the Frog, and Encanto!

Grand Rising 2021 is a day-long celebration of indigenous ancestral practices that have allowed communities of color to experience collective healing during times of injustice. Our resilience is shared in the world through innovative and creative expressions that have birthed new businesses, partnerships, programs, and opportunities awakening and expanding our collective consciousness to thrive. On the longest day of the year which marks the beginning of a season of beauty and abundance, we gather to celebrate, share and honor our awakening!

This summit seeks to create sacred space for black, brown, latinx, and indigenous peoples from around the world to commune, celebrate and heal. Joined by facilitators from , , , and across the United States, this summit aims to use the warmth of the sun to raise our frequency and create deeper connections with our ancestors, the Earth and one another.
