Shiloh Hendrix was found guilty of “disorderly conduct” in Minnesota for using the “n-word” against a Somali man who had harassed her on camera.
Sharmake Beyle Omar (the Somali migrant) was previously charged with ra**ng a 16-year-old after she ran away from her foster home.
The teenager said she was kept at the trailer for just under 24 hours with no food, and the two men took her shoes to prevent her from running away.
The prosecutor didn’t attempt to bring the case to trial for 3 years, and the victim aged out of the foster system and left Minnesota, so the charges were dropped.
The Minnesota Floyd riots—filled with burning buildings—was not considered “disorderly conduct.” Decarlos Brown, who killed Iryna Zaruska still has not faced a trial while Shiloh, who said a “mean word” was promptly brought through the justice system.
According to the Constitution, there is no word in the English language that is off-limits. Especially a word that Black people use daily. If we are not careful, they will create a parallel interpretation of the 1st Amendment where we have “free speech” and then we have what they would call “hate speech.” But the problem is it will be unequally applied where Whites are guilty and blacks are not.
