Great job opportunity: (I had to pass on this because of another commitment, but can confirm that it's a great team and work environment)
Role: Interaction Designer
A2 Access is a Dealogic company brings transparency to the relationship between institutional investors and banks around the value of meetings and research the investors consume from banks before making investment decisions.
Over the next year, our team will be building and launching new tools to standardize how these meetings are valued by the investors. We’ll also be rebuilding the core product, the corporate access event calendar, to create a product that truly flows between the three value centers: Learning about upcoming meetings that matter to my investment strategy, tracking the meetings and research actually consumed, and proportionally compensating the banks providing those resources based on their value to the investment process.
Here are the type of problem we need your help solving:
+ How can we create an efficient user experience to review and compare 100-200 banks on their service to us?
+ How do we make head traders comfortable with a final calculation of the amount earned by a bank when that final number is an aggregation of 8,000 individual calculations?
+ How do we streamline the systems that help us keep data for 20,000 international meetings up to date with the latest information from the banks?
Bonus points if you:
+ have hired and grown a design team
+ write production-ready front end code
