Stanley Casselman discusses his new body of work, presented in his solo exhibition "The Beauty of Not Knowing" at Nicolas Auvray Gallery.

Re-engaging and extending the visual and conceptual concerns of his Inhaling Richter and Luminor series (2012–2016), these new paintings continue Casselman’s longstanding investigation into the interplay of intuition and structure, chance and intention, and the evolving relationship between perception and consciousness.

It was a very special evening, with an extraordinary crowd of friends, collectors, artists, and supporters of the gallery gathered to celebrate Stanley Casselman’s solo exhibition.

New York–based artist Stanley Casselman () creates works that balance emotion and structure through a refined exploration of color, line, surface, and form.
