The interview really marks a shift for me. I’m stepping into a new chapter — one that’s more intentional about the work I make, the stories I tell, and the spaces I want to grow with.

As you know, my art has always been rooted in Harlem, family lineage, and the emotional history of our people. But now I’m opening myself up to deeper collaborations, commissions, and artist-in-residence opportunities where I can build, teach, and leave a creative footprint.
