STUDIO SPACE FOR RENT AT RUFUS
I'm trying to rent out my studio space in our loft in Bushwick (Rufus
Rukus), do you know someone that has been looking for a work space?
I've attached the specifics below, feel free to forward it if you know
someone that would be interested. Thanks a billion.
All the love in Bushwick,
Sara D.

Looking for someone to take over my studio space in our shared
live-work studio.
24 hr access. Bushwick loft on Locust avenue between the Myrtle-Bway
stop and Flushing Ave stops on the JMZ. Open space with 15' ceilings.
Movable walls to adjust the studio spaces. Plenty of room for desk,
storage and workspace. Wi-fi, A/C and all amenities. Space is
especially suited for photographers (digital), graphic designers,
writers, illustrators, textile design etc. Since it is a live space as
well, no toxic materials or oil paints. Last studio roommate was a
textile designer. $350/month all included. Available from Oct 1st.
Good atmosphere and friendly roommates. The space is peaceful as in it
is rare that all roommates are here at the same time, everyone has
very different schedules. Though there are times when the space is
completely empty, there are times when if gets quite busy. There are
often out-of-town visitors staying on the couch. There is also a great
dog living us (which might not be so great for people with allergies).
Monthly art shows and concerts. Check out

Rebecca Wilde Gallery (previously Rufus Rukus) is a multi-use studio, venue, gallery, and live/work space. By day, artists and designers utilize the space for personal and collaborative work, classes and workshops. Select evenings during the month we host art-driven events showcasing an interaction between art, sound, and space. Our goal is to create an inclusive, non-judgmental environment that promotes community through cross-disciplinary collaboration and interactive experiences.
