Paul Kolker is pleased to present his seventy-third solo exhibition, Dialogical Perception... Art as Experiment at his studio, the PAUL KOLKER collection, 511 West 25th Street from February 6 through March 27, 2020.

The exhibition serves both as an illuminating experience as well as an experiment which tests and studies the spectator's dialogical perceptions; her sensorial, cognitive and emotional interactions with the exhibition and its individual works depicted above as detail crops.

Paul Kolker is pleased to present his seventy-second solo exhibition, "Dot Derivatives Synthèse... Abstractifying the Abstract," at his studio, the PAUL KOLKER collection, 511 West 25th Street through January 31, 2020. Kolker's process, synthèse, is his recipe for hyphenating the esthetic flavors of paintings and photographs to create, what he calls, "a synthetic illusion of an entirely new visual perception."

Paul Kolker: About Atmosphere... Synthèse at the PAUL KOLKER Collection, 511 West 25th until Sept 6. Synthèse, based on the synthesis of man-made products, is Kolker’s process of painting or printing a translucent image over an underlying opaque one. Kolker curates this exhibition of his paintings and prints to study how the viewer perceives the mood of the artist’s experience evoked by the exhibition as a whole; and also through the viewer’s perception of each of the exhibition’s stand-alone works. Kolker calls this evoked mood, atmosphere.
