Our monthly BkM Teens Soul Sessions connect the heart, mind, and community online with an easygoing meetup. Kicking off this Wednesday, January 6, at 5 pm, our BkM Teens join a panel of wellness professionals to discuss ways to take care of ourselves, followed by a guided meditation.
