“Feminity Today II”
represents the journey of the woman of yesterday and today.

Freshly completed, this unique sculpture is now available through on ARTSY (link in bio for more details).

Part of my Feminity series, the sculpture combines contrasting materials (here resin, steel, and wood) to create a female figure with elongated, grounded dress and confident posture.

In this work, the ultra-solid resin body contrasts with a dress made of driftwood, shaped by the sea and marked by time. The wood’s cracks and natural marks are painted black, suggesting traces of fire, like scars that have become an essential part of the work.

Entirely handmade by me, from modeling and mold-making to resin casting and shaping the wooden dress, this sculpture reflects a balance between strength, fragility, and transformation.
