Original Art by Lisa Original Art by Lisa is a collection of one of a kind artwork with a focus on miniature acrylic paintings. She started her passion for painting in 2007.

Featured at Made by the Beach in Newport Oregon and at Just Local in Yachats Oregon. It is quiet possible that Lisa Evans has inherited her talent from her parents. Her father was a prolific painter, known in the Palm Springs area. Her mother dabbled in painting, but her love of crocheting and needlework was where she shined artistically. Surrounded by art, it is no wonder that Lisa had been draw

ing ever since she could hold a crayon. Lisa fine tuned those skills during while studying at the Art Institute of California, San Diego. The primary subject for her acrylic paintings are seascapes. She has been influenced by the ocean from her time in the US Navy, being stationed in Hawaii and San Diego. In 2013 Lisa and her family moved to the Oregon coast, and started selling her paintings at Made by the Beach, in Waldport OR. She found an untapped niche of miniature paintings. She takes her time on the minute details bringing the coast to life on a canvas.
