La Belle Galerie, The Showroom La Belle Galerie La Belle Galerie is one of the largest galleries in the United States which features artwork by and about the African American experience.

The gallery has used an international network to amass its huge collection. The gallery exhibits orginal paintings, photos, sculpture, monotypes and prints. Some of the artists represented include Ernie Barnes, William Tolliver, Charles Bibbs,Aziz Diagne, Buchi Upjohn Aghaji, WAK, Gus Bennett, Dwayne D. Conrad, and several others of national and international renown.

I have had the true privilege of visiting and interviewing bronze castors of Benin City. Their commitment to the preservation of the Benin culture and traditions is an inspiration. They are few in number, and should have support to continue this centuries-long tradition of documentation.
