Come and visit, nibble on treats from local chefs, and raise money to ensure that SoFAB remains a vital part of the award-winning Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard Corridor!

SoFAB is a living history museum dedicated to the discovery, understanding, and celebration of the culinary culture of the South. Located in Central City in the renovated Old Dryades Market since 2014, SoFAB is home to the Museum of the American Cocktail and Delightful Roux School of Cooking.

Through our museums, programming, and public resources, we are able to illuminate the unsung heroes of our kitchens, past and present, while preserving our culinary culture.
