Part dinner party, part culinary adventure, this one-of-a-kind experience took guests on an immersive journey through the world of oysters, caviar, and w**e, complete with fascinating stories, unexpected flavors, and plenty of laughs.

New Orleans, meet ODYSSEA! 🦪🥂

Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting Chef Kevin Joseph’s New Orleans debut of ODYSSEA: Culinary Theater RAW LAB at Fire House Loft.

Part dinner party, part culinary adventure, this one-of-a-kind experience took guests on an immersive journey through the world of oysters, caviar, and w**e, complete with fascinating stories, unexpected flavors, and plenty of laughs.
