This September is our First Arts Festival.
The Aluminum City Arts Festival is Coming September 19, from 11AM-6PM
The selection process is Juried for entry for artists.
All art forms are welcome.
Scan QR Code for Application
Deadline is July 1st.
We will also be looking for Food Vendors. And music performances whiling to donate their time.

The manos Gallery is seeking artists interested in having their own solo show.
Artist are asked to create a cohesive collection for the months of September, October, November, and December.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your work, sell during a high fall and winter high volume with many events planned for high visibility.
September - October 6 large events planed
November and December 4 large events planned plus holiday Shopping .
Interested artists are to email The Manos Gallery for prospectus and registration form for consideration.

Meet the artist! Currently on display at ACMH Hospital is multi-media artist Rod Morris.

Multi-media Artist

Rod Morris was born and raised in West Kittanning, Pennsylvania on June 27, 1947 (his mother's birthday).

As a "No Fences" kind of artist, Rod is committed to thinking well outside the boundaries of the mediums. Nothing is sacred and no art is to be feared. There are no restrictions as to the type of medium. Sculpting in wood, or stone, or metals is not outside his body of work; nor does he ignore the infinite possibilities of the potter's craft or computer-generated art.
"Anything is possible".

"I don't wake up every morning with a vague idea or a specific project in mind. Rarely do I dream up a piece. What does happen more often than not is that I begin each day with a more or less powerful condition of creativity. The intensity of the creative condition determines the direction of my day ending with the result being that day's work. It is a thing to look forward to each night and every morning".
