Join us on Saturday to celebrate Anna Bell’s 200th birthday. The AME Church was renamed Anna Bell Chapel to honor all of her efforts to build the church.Well have cake, ice cream, music! Times are 1 to 4. There is no charge. See you there!

Just a reminder that on April 18 at 1:00 the NHPS is celebrating Anna Bell’s 200th birthday! Vernon Kohlbusch will be performing some music! Stop by for cake, fellowship and fun. The address is 810 Maupin in New Haven. Drive by to see Anna Bell Chapel at 225 Selma Street and enjoy the view.

Just a reminder that David Menke will be at ECC tomorrow and will be speaking about Anna Bell at 6:30 p.m. $15 at the door. The little white church she started is located at 225 Selma Street in New Haven. It has a beautiful view of the Missouri River. Thanks to The support of the Lilly Endowment Inc. the project was funded by a grant from the American Cultural Heritage Action Fund of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Join David Menke, our local historian, for a talk regarding Anna Bell. Anna Bell helped organize the AME church, and after Anna Bell’s death was named Anna Bell Chapel.
