Shimai, Gallery of Contemporary Craft Shimai Pottery and Gifts located at 8400 Hwy. 100 in Nashville, TN at the historic Loveless Cafe. We are currently open 7 days a week.

Offering the finest collection of work by artists in Middle TN area. Pottery, paintings, sculpture, jewelry, textiles, wood, glass, and more. Our mission with Shimai is to support local artists; to offer fine handcrafted objects of art to the community and those visiting the Nashville area; to nurture, educate and foster a love for the arts; and to form genuine, long-lasting relationships with the

community at large. Our list of products include pottery, paintings, jewelry, textiles, books, prints, stained glass, blown glass, turned wood, clocks, stationery, soaps and candles. All designs are original and made one at a time by hand. Prices range from $6.00 to $2,000.00.

Saturday, September 19th, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Becca Ganick will have her potter's wheel here one last time before heading to New Mexico. Many of our artists will be in the courtyard as the Loveless Cafe celebrates its 75th anniversary and we celebrate 21 years of living, loving, laughing and learning on their property. It will be our last demo day together so we want to see all of you here for a group hug ❤️ The gallery will be open through Christmas, but our leader leaves in September.... Get on down here so we can hug your neck!
