Bynon Art Services Fine Art Conservation Welcome to Bynon Art Services. We do not just ensure that the frame is structurally sound in itself.

We offer a range of specialized services performed by conservators with a combined 37 years experience in the private and public art industries. Our services include object, painting and frame conservation treatments, fine art framing, crating, consultations and installations. We believe our approach to frame conservation is unique in that we incorporate our extensive experience with painting cons

ervation to reach a solution that is beneficial to both the painting and the frame as a working unit. The structure and stability of a frame contributes to the safety of the artwork when it is correctly implemented. We make sure that the frame and the artwork are stable and work together. Bynon Art Services adopts international conservation standards and follows AIC guidelines for all our services. We utilize our expert skills, training and knowledge to provide clients with the highest standard of professional service.

One of BAS’s specialties is frame conservation and restoration. Take a look at this mirror frame that was restored for the Biltmore- it had to be fully striped down to its wooden base and extensively infilled. The end result was pretty spectacular!
