Calling Local Photographers!

Have you ever wished you had exclusive access to one of the Treasure Valley's most unique portrait locations?

The Canyon County Historical Society is launching a Portraits at the Depot pilot program and we're looking for a small group of photographers to partner with us this fall.

Selected photographers will receive exclusive, private reservation times at the historic Nampa Train Depot while the museum is closed to the public.

Your clients will enjoy access to unique portrait locations including:
• Museum-only portrait settings not normally available during public hours
• Inside our historic Union Pacific caboose
• In front of our beautiful fireplace
• Inside the historic "Drunk Tank" jail cell
• Vintage waiting rooms and ticket office
• Historic depot architecture

Each photographer will receive an exclusive two-hour reservation block with no overlapping photographers, giving your clients a relaxed, private experience in one of Canyon County's most recognizable historic landmarks.

We're looking for photographers who appreciate historic spaces, treat museum property with care, and are excited to become community partners in helping preserve local history.

Whether you contribute a wreath, share a tradition, place a bid, or simply come enjoy the display, we hope you’ll be part of it.
Because when we bring together 100 traditions from 100 corners of our community, we aren’t simply decorating the Depot for Christmas.

Wreath Guidelines
Please help us preserve the beauty of the Festival by following these
guidelines.

Wreath Requirements
• Use a standard 24-inch artificial wreath as the base.
• Wreaths should be sturdy and ready to hang.
• Battery-operated lights are welcome.
• Please install fresh batteries before delivery.
• Secure all decorations so they remain attached throughout the
Festival.
• Include a hanger or ribbon suitable for display.

Please Do Not Include
• Glitter or loose materials that shed.
• Fresh greenery, live plants, flowers, or other perishable materials.
• Food, candy, popcorn, cookies, or other edible decorations.
• Open flames or real candles.
• Strong fragrances or scented materials.
• Anything that could stain, leak, melt, or damage another display.
• Extremely fragile or irreplaceable family heirlooms.

We are grateful for everyone involved and to those that were planning on coming out this evening!

But, due to high winds, our 3rd annual nampton’s w**e (&C***r) festival has been canceled this evening.

As of now, there is no plan to reschedule this event. if you have purchased a cup pre-sale, we will be reaching out to you.
