Murray Art Guild

Murray Art Guild The Murray Art Guild is a community visual arts non-profit. We support fine artist and crafts people of all ages and abilities.

We are dedicated to promoting artistic growth through exhibitions, workshops and studios, community and educational events. The Guild houses a small exhibition gallery, drawing and painting studios, a clay studio, a weaving studio and the Art Market. Office hours are Tuesday - Friday 10am-5pm. Market is open Tuesday - Friday 10-3, and Saturday 10-2. With workshops and events, hours are often extended.

We have some great classes and workshops coming up at Murray Art Guild!

Next week kicks off our monthlong Afterschool Painting class for ages 8–12. Over the first four Tuesdays in September, students will explore different painting techniques and approaches through a variety of fun, hands-on projects.

On Friday, September 4, Anne Wilson and Arts for All Kentucky will host a free accessible arts workshop for local adults with disabilities. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in creative expression, connect with others, and enjoy art in a welcoming community setting.

That evening, Ann Gosser will kick off a new series of classes, Create Together: Family Night. Each month, one child and one adult will work both collaboratively and independently on an art project. This month, we’re making fake cakes!
