It is with a heavy heart that we announce that we are closing the Church Street Gallery at 124 N Church Street on the square in Murfreesboro effective September 30, 2025. With increasing operating costs, it has become increasingly difficult to cover the cost of doing business on the square. Co-owner, Eric Snyder, will retain the website and is actively looking for a location for a new Gallery.
Mary Veazie Eubanks, Eric Snyder and I opened the Church Street Gallery in September 2020 and have enjoyed spreading our love for art with the Murfreesboro community. Over the last five years, we have come to know many of the most talented artists in Middle Tennessee, and we are grateful for the experience and the lifelong friendships made. We appreciate the Community’s support and want to thank the many customers who have purchased fine art at the Gallery.
Mary Veazie will continue to produce and create fine art at her studio in Murfreesboro, and I will focus on my CPA firm and Companions Forever Pet Cremation Services. Eric will continue his work with the University and the Todd Art Gallery while also investigating and searching for a new home for a community driven Art Gallery.
If you currently have pieces at the Gallery, you will need to retrieve them before October 15, 2025. Any pieces not picked up will be stored off site for a period of time.
